Hi lovely. I’m Jelena, a neuroscience-based coach. I specialise in unlearning anxious patterns and rebuilding true confidence and peace in relationships.
I help women overcome anxiety, self-doubt, and fear of abandonment so they can rebuild self-trust, deepen their relationships or start one, and create a more fulfilling life.
Today I live in my dream country, I am in the healthiest relationship with my partner, and trust myself completely.
Ten years ago, none of those things were true.
The Full Story
My partner of seven years disappeared into prison.
No warning. No goodbye. Just... gone.
The next man who once held my heart drowned.
I developed anxiety so severe I couldn’t sleep for four years. I was stuck in permanent threat mode. Every goodbye felt final. Every relationship felt like walking on glass. Love became synonymous with anxiety. I became a fearful shadow of who I used to be.Therapists gave me breathing exercises, and told me to create vision boards. You can imagine that none of this helped.
Nobody gave me what I actually needed: a path to rewire my mind and return to myself.
And so 5 different therapists and 1 very expensive hypnotherapist (I know!) later, with the last resort of hope that I had in me, I turned into coaching.

How I Healed
Through a combination of:
→ Coaching - having a guide who helped me rewire my fear patterns systematically
→ Byron Katie's "The Work" - learning to question thoughts instead of believing them automatically
→ Neuroscience education - understanding neuroplasticity and how the brain can change
→ Consistent practice - doing the daily work of retraining my nervous system
It took time. It wasn't linear. But it was possible.
What I Do Now
I take everything I learned from my own healing journey and use it to guide other women through theirs.
I work with women who:
Hide or suppress their true feelings and act timid
Do not feel at peace in relationships
Panic when partners don't respond immediately
Avoid or Sabotage relationships because love feels “unsafe“ even when they crave closeness
Are exhausted from trying to control everything to prevent being hurt again
…and most importantly, are ready for a different way of being
What makes my approach different:
I'm not a therapist who read about anxiety and fearful living in a textbook.
I'm someone who lived it, healed it, and now teaches others the exact process I used.
I combine neuroscience, thought work, and nervous system regulation to create lasting change—not just coping strategies.
My Philosophy:
Your past does not have to dictate your future. Your anxiety is not who you are.
After hurtful events, your brain creates a protection mechanism: "If I stay vigilant, I can prevent this pain from happening again".
But you can't prevent pain by controlling everything. You can only exhaust yourself trying.
Real healing happens when you teach yourself:
→ Safety isn't found in certainty - it's found in knowing how to handle uncertainty
→ Love doesn't always equal pain- your past doesn't dictate your future
→ You can be vulnerable AND confident
→ Peace is your natural state, not something you have to earn
Why I Do This Work
