My coaching journey began in 2015, driven by my passion for uncovering how human brain works. Now, as a certified coach with a deep understanding of neuroscience and emotional resilience, I blend evidence-based techniques with compassionate guidance. Having lived and worked across multiple countries, gone through a lot of physical & mental health challenges and other personal hardships, I not only know that place you feel you can't get out of, but also what steps actually help to chage that. My clients describe my approach as both empowering and deeply personal, designed to help them feel seen, supported, and capable of thriving.

What is an Intro Session?An Intro Session is a 30 to 45-minute online video call, that is absolutely free designed to help BOTH of us determine if we’re the right match for each other. Think of it as a discovery call. During this session, I will listen to your challenges and obstacles that are in your way and also clarify your desires for both personal and professional paths. If we have a connection and are aligned in the support you need and my expertise, I will spend the last few minutes discussing how we can work together and answering any questions you may have. And if we are not a match at this moment it's okay too. Whatever happens next, at the end of our consultation, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of self-belief and actionable next steps. You are the ultimate decision maker. You are not required to make a commitment on the call, since I recognise this is a decision you may want to sleep on. There are usually three scenarios of what happens at the end of the call: It’s a match! If you decide to work with me, first of all Thank you! What follows next is me sending you the details of our coaching agreement and other necessary information before we get started. You need to think about it. If you decide to think it over that is okay! Getting a coach is a big decision and with certain thought patterns that are yet to be worked on, making such commitment may require more time to finally choose yourself. We decide not to continue. This can happen for a couple of reasons. First, when I feel that therapy might be a better option for you instead. My goal is to get you the best support you need. Second, if my skills and my approach is not what you are looking for and that is alright. Ready to chat?

Why can't you book 1 session only?I don't think Messi, LeBron or Judd Trump worked with a coach for one game only. One session is not enough to create a deep, lasting change. When we are working with the mind we are rewiring dedaces of conditioning, learnt messages, internalised beliefs and perspectives. They require time, practice and commitment to shift. Coaching is a process, it is the most powerful investment you can make in your personal growth and future. Coaching sessions have transformational nature. Each session is shifting you away from an old, unhelpful belief to a new, inspiring one. It happens through personalised, unique to you strategic support and tools to help you achieve your goals. Think of it like hiring a personal trainer for your mind & soul. "Quick fixes" they don't exist. But "real fixes" DO! Some need 3 sessions, some need 5, some decide to work with me for months and months. It's ultimately always your choice because it's your life. I am here to show you what is possible for you whenever you are ready, my dear! 💛

Do sessions happen weekly?Ultimately, the frequency of sessions is your choice, however, in my exerience it is best to have them weekly or bi-weekly. This creates a natural momentum that is so important when we start shifting our minds to a different state and creating new habits. Please note that you also get my support in between sessions via email or whatsapp
